Deck Demolition and New Construction

I particularly enjoy building decks and the satisfaction of providing you with a space for your family and friends to enjoy!

This is an example of a cabin that had an old deck that needed to be demolished. I reconstructed a new one that was built to comply with forestry approved square footage for El Dorado County. 

The deck sits atop new footings and is fully detached from the housing structure. 

All lumber was pre-painted with the initial coat prior to construction. A second coat was applied to touch up for final completion.

The railing is all Redwood and the deck boards are Trex for durability and low maintenance.
